Nienke is a big fan of Carnival (Kaaiendonk) and celebrates it with her group of friends in her very own way. Carnival Saturday at 11:11 the pans of pasta are ready and everyone comes over for a pasta breakfast, and we don’t mean chocolate pasta.
At night, you have to let her sleep. But waking up quietly in the morning with a cappuccino in the sunshine? That will make her very happy.
If there is anyone who effortlessly keeps all the balls in the air, it is Nienke. In the dynamics of I4-YOU she is the connecting force that brings overview in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. No day is the same and that is exactly what drives her. Whether it concerns clients from the government or the commercial sector, Nienke switches smoothly between projects, interests and people. Her motto? Have a goal in mind and go for it!
Room for initiative and creativity
What makes her work so fun for her? The speed and variety. In a compact team like I4-YOU you don’t have to pass through several departments to make an idea come true. Do you have a good plan? Then we pick it up immediately. That space to create and tackle, that’s what makes Nienke enthusiastic.
After eleven years in the event business, where she worked on small and large, national and international events, it was time for something new. What attracted Nienke to I4-YOU was a small, agile team with a lot of expertise and the great potential that comes with it. She saw how much had already been achieved, but also where there were still plenty of opportunities to get even more out of projects and the organization with more structure and improvements. She enthusiastically took up the challenge.
From idea to impact: direction and realization
On the shop floor, she is the spider in the web. She keeps projects on track, maintains customer contact, arranges planning and makes sure everyone stays hooked. IT is sometimes unpredictable. What starts as a small project often grows into something much bigger. And that is precisely what makes her work interesting. Coming up with beautiful solutions is one thing, but making sure that customers actually embrace them is the challenge. A solution that is really used and actually helps the customer – only then is it a successful project, according to her.
