From market to sales: people skills as the foundation
Through sales training and her first commercial job, she grew into inbound sales. Later she switched to outbound work and that immediately felt like coming home. Not waiting, but taking the initiative, kicking in doors, surprising people with a good conversation. For Linda this is not stress, but pleasure: reacting, switching, responding to what someone needs and getting energy out of it. She has plenty of guts and makes contact effortlessly.
A new adventure at I4-YOU
When the job opening at I4-YOU came along, it felt like everything fell together. A small team, a dynamic environment, lots of variety and a role that suited her exactly. IT was new to her, but that’s what made it interesting. The first meeting was an instant hit. There was an instant click on the phone and from day one it felt like the right choice.
