Service & Support

“Pascal is a calm and relaxed guest who patiently helps where needed. No question or problem is too much for him. You can laugh with Pascal, especially with his dry humor, but most of all he is calm, never panicking. He is always there for our customers and colleagues with IT problems. He is also a friendly colleague who is always honest and sincere. Pascal is just Pascal. He is not too busy, thinks things are fine and is easily satisfied. A pleasant colleague to work with.”

Pascal is a true BBQ master. At the annual I4-YOU BBQ, he also takes his job very seriously, as long as you provide a nice drink.

Pascal’s superpower is his calmness and patience. He remains calm in any situation, loves to help and does so with genuine attention and a touch of dry humor.

Nothing for anything. Let him sleep well, it’s better for everyone.

In conversation with Pascal

For a long time, Pascal didn’t know exactly what he wanted to do until he started working with computers. He had always loved working with computers, so this felt like a logical step for him. And that turned out to be a good choice! Through an apprenticeship he got his certificates and ended up at the helpdesk. There he discovered how much he enjoys solving (complex) problems and helping people. Not just because of the technical research, but mainly because he enjoys helping people. Just call, listen to what’s going on, stay calm and make sure it’s solved.

Calm and attentive
Pasc prefers to work for smaller organizations, where the lines are short and contact is personal. He is naturally calm and approachable. His calm and friendly way of communicating ensures that people quickly feel familiar. A little joke in between or just a friendly conversation makes his work more enjoyable, and often more effective. What he doesn’t look for is doing the same thing all day. Variety keeps him on his toes. Different questions, systems and people every day is what makes his work interesting. And when he knows at the end of the day that he has really helped a customer, he is satisfied.

Curious, but with both feet on the ground
New technologies interest Pascal, but he doesn’t just get carried away by the hype. Of course he tries things out, and he certainly sees the possibilities. But he does take a down-to-earth view. If it produces something in the long run, he digs into it. If it’s just a temporary wave that everyone is chasing, he’ll give up just as easily. Above all, it must add something, otherwise it is quickly finished for him.

Freedom and trust
What appeals to him about working at I4-YOU is the combination of technology and trust. You get the freedom here to do your job in your own way, as long as you take responsibility and do your job well. That suits him. No micromanagement, no complicated stuff, just working together based on trust and fairness. What also helps for him is that the team is very sociable. You can laugh with each other, there is room for a chat and everyone is there for each other. As long as that atmosphere remains, Pascal is right at home.

That we’re happy with Pascal, you’ve probably already figured out. But what does our CEO think?

Last summer, he put the entire team in the spotlight. Wondering why he’s so excited about Pascal? Read it in his social post!
